After looking at signage online, I thought it would be best to see how neon signs interact when in an environment. I visited Trinity Kitchen, which summarises perfectly the interior aesthetic I would like for 'Open'.
The use of a pastel pink seems to be common in neon signage.
This image made me consider the use of neon arrows for the information & way finding.
The above image is an absolutely beautiful example of neon typography in use. I hope my logotype will work as well as this.
The use of strip lighting tubes hanging could be interesting too.
