After deciding on a size and format for the publication, we showed the students some print outs of possible layouts, typefaces and designs.

They really liked the ideas I had developed, especially the dividers to break up the text from the imagery. They were also keen on the typeface.
Unfortunately due to waiting on more content for the Yearbook, the book itself won't be finished for the OUGD603 submission. However, I feel confident that this design for each spread will work well, and is close to being complete.
