Below are my initial ideas, which I also presented to the client.
They requested to try a monogram out, but I have concluded this will probably not work well, due to the shape being difficult to make symmetrical. I will emphasise this when I meet up with them.
Feedback From Meeting
- They agree that the monogram idea is not working, and a simple initial logo will be more much successful.
- Lots of the serif options are similar to typefaces that their competition use, so they need something with more style to it.
- We agreed that 'ITC Caslon' has style to it, but might be too heavy when it's black. Try something lighter for next meeting.
